30-day refund
If Lead Scout isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. You don't need to give a reason — changing your mind is reason enough.
How to request a refund
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles all payments and refunds. To request one:
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
- Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or
- Email us at tejidanny@gmail.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the money back in your account.
Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel your subscription at any time at paddle.net or through the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Renewals
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it. We would rather refund you than have you dispute the payment with your bank.
Where refunds may not apply
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeatedly subscribing and refunding, or breaching the acceptable use rules in our terms and conditions. We will explain our reasoning if this happens.
